The Badminton World Federation (BWF) can confirm the tournament hosts for the revamped 36-tournament BWF World Tour 2027 to 2030. This comes as BWF unveils its bold new plans for the future of badminton.
The new tour structure will consist of a unified six levels, with the BWF World Tour Finals, five Super 1000 tournaments, five Super 750 tournaments, nine Super 500 tournaments, eight Super 300 tournaments, and eight Super 100 tournaments now fully integrated for the first time.

The host for the BWF World Tour Finals will be announced at a later date.
Key Enhancements
- Increased prize money across all tiers:
- Super 1000: $2,000,000 (up from $1,450,000 in 2026)
- Super 750: $1,100,000 (up from $950,000)
- Super 500: $560,000 (up from $500,000)
- Super 300: $290,000 (up from $250,000)
- Super 100: $140,000 (up from $120,000)
- 100 per cent increase in TV-produced matches across all tiers.

- Incorporation of LED A-board technology.
- Upgraded lounges and player facilities.
- Enhanced sports presentation.
- Carnival and festival-style activations.
- Dedicated OTT platform.
